General terms and conditions of sale

The General Conditions of Sale of the chosen dental depot are valid for any order made via a depot.

Scope: The General Conditions of Sale of which the Customer acknowledges having read apply to the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Buyer (the Parties). They are applicable to all sales made, subject to specific contractual provisions agreed between the Parties.

Orders: Any order from the Buyer implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

All orders can be sent to the above address or to a dental depot listed on our website www.deppeler.ch

Supplement for small orders: CHF 20.00 for any order under CHF 500.00, excluding delivery costs.

Orders / Deliveries: Deliveries are sent by post from Rolle headquarters or by express courier at the customer’s expense.

Shipping: All packages are packaged according to the very strict safety standards decided by DEPPELER SA, so that no damage can be suffered by the equipment and by the personnel having to handle the package.

Packaging costs: Any packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer. The choice of the latter is decided by DEPPELER SA. The customer takes care of the recycling.

Invoicing: bills are established on the day that the merchandise is dispatched. They are to be paid according to the payment conditions pre-established by Deppeler before sending. A reminder fee of CHF/EUR 30 will be added to the invoice during the 2nd reminder, as well as a monthly interest of 0.6% for any month started between the payment due date and the date of receipt of payment.

Complaints: Any complaint regarding delivery must be reported within 20 days of the date of the invoice. Used, damaged, uncleaned items which are no longer in their original packaging will not be returned, exchanged or credited.

Returns: DEPPELER SA accepts returns only if authorization following a written request has been given by DEPPELER SA beforehand. New items with special color sleeves, used, damaged, uncleaned and no longer in their original packaging are not taken back, exchanged or credited.

Discounts: Any special discount granted by DEPPELER SA is one-off. It is also confidential and cannot be passed on to a third person / company.

Confidentiality: Any economic or technical information remains confidential and must under no circumstances become public without the written permission of DEPPELER SA.

Retention of title: All delivered goods remain the property of DEPPELER SA as long as all debts have not been settled.

Responsibility: DEPPELER SA’s responsibility is limited to the quality of its products. In the event of insufficient quality of a product, only its value is replaced. DEPPELER SA declines all responsibility and / or consequences in the event of defective merchandise. For other damages, in particular those due to non-compliance with instructions for use or other non-compliant and / or inappropriate uses of a product, DEPPELER SA refuses all liability.

Each user or consumer of DEPPELER products must be aware of the safety conditions of use of the products before use. He assumes all risks associated with improper use of the product and is fully responsible for any damage that may be produced to a third party.

Validity: The General Conditions of Sale are valid since 01.02.2023 and replace all previous directives and provisions.

Competent jurisdiction: The general business conditions are fully subject to Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: place of head office.
